Very comfortable and clean room with balcony facing the lovely mountain. Great BF provided. They have great staffs who serve and assist when needed. At the main road and only 6 min walk from Tasch Railway station.

Wish we stayed longer. The breakfast buffet is just right and perfectly planned. They have a shuttle service which I recommend because it is cheaper than the public transport. It has underground parking, lounge area and very close to the train station. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Well the service standard is probably geared towards the ethnicity of the guests as myself personally feel that the young lady guarding the reception is so cold, never bother to smile and just keep to herself. We have to go to reception just to use the only shared electric kettle as we're warned fire alarm may be triggered. Do something about it then. We do not want to intrude you with our movements just to get hot water or at least provide a big boiler for guests to use instead of queuing at the reception just to boil water, it is so "primitive" - Swiss standard. Really tragic in terms of service n hospitality. Come Asia, we are small but way better in service from the hearts

My mother and I stayed here in mid September 2022 (as Hotel Elite). They have a huge parking garage under the building although the spaces are very small! It's a couple of minutes walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was comfortable with a nice view. The bed was nice and firm (although I should have asked for a thinner pillow, as they were very thick and uncomfortable for me). No cooling so I was a bit too warm. It's at the end of the road in Tasch so there's no passing traffic, although there's lots of trains :) Breakfast was very nice. I would stay here again (although not in summer as I would get too hot).

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the hotel (only) Mountime at Täsch. The main benefit of this hotel is the proximity to Täsch train station (one stop away from Zermatt). Otherwise the cleanliness of the room was soso (some small hairs found on the bed) and the rolm/bathroom are rather small. Ok for 1 night on a budget.
