STAY AWAY! TERRIBLE! This hotel has no hot water and the water in the shower completely STOPS for 2-3 minutes after just using it for less than 3 mins, very miserable situation. Wifi is also HORRIBLE and music is very loud until 1-3am!!! Expedia contacted them many times and they lied about fixing the issue and then they stop responding. No one in the reception speaks english.

Stayed over Xmas holidays. The place is nothing compared to the pictures. The rooms n everything is run down. The pictures that are posted is when they first opened. Needs repairing all over the hotel.

This hotel is good overall, it’s a walking distance to 5th Ave, staff was amazing, breakfast could be better, hence the 4 stars they serve it for you, we got scrambled eggs a tiny portion of fruit and toast which is alright but not the best, overall i would stay again for a quick stay.

Rooms are tiny but clean, everything you need and the staff are incredible. This hotel is located in an excellent location, there's a weekend market in the plaza adjacent to the hotel, it's one block away from the bustle of 5th with some amazing food surrounding it. Since leaving this hotel we've come back just to say hi! Highly recommend this place.

The hotel was cheap and that was the only good thing about it.... When we came here there was dead cockroach near bed, it was hot like sauna, zero fresh air. The water pressure was super low, it was hard to shower, also it took like 10mins for water to warm up. During our stay something in our bathroom broke I guess, cause there was this disgusting smell of urine everywhere. Breakfast is included, but we waited around 30mins for a table and eventually we decided to find sth else... I truly recommend to find sth else and pay a little more for human conditions. But I must say staff is really nice and helpful :)
