Good place in overall and worth for the money. The facility looks clean with certain slots of car parking. This place should better fit with a group tour. My only concern is about the location. It is taking time to commute due to traffic issues around the hotel.

Was in Chiangmai for business and had a pleasant stay thanks in part to this hotel. This is a great value for money hotel and would be a solid 3-star hotel. Location is excellent. Conveniently located within 5 minute walk of the Maya Mall. The happening Think Park and One Nimman centers are also directly opposite the Maya as well. You won’t be short on dining and entertainment options staying in the hotel. My room was rather large, perhaps 40-45 sqm. The room is spartan. With so much space, they could have at least built drawers for clothes. There was none. The room was immaculately clean and so was the bathroom. The towels were large but could have been more soft. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets have that soft premium hotel thread count. My room was facing the highway so I could hear traffic although the sounds were fairly muted and tolerable. If you want a super quiet stay, I would try asking for a third or fourth room in the middle of the hallway facing the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet is good. The food options / variety are sufficient, and the restaurant is very clean. I managed to swim thrice during my five nights in November. The pool is cold because it is sandwiched between two buildings and is primarily in the shade most of the day. Great if you’re looking to wake up with a cold plunge. The pool is very clean as well. I also hit the gym which has enough gear to give you a decent workout. Their machines were fairly new and in good condition. Can’t complain about the Mayu. For a comfy, convenient, cost-friendly Chiangmai stay, I could see this hotel as one of the better options.

We stayed at Mayu hotel for 7 Days. First of all (Rooms) are very big, cleaned, good view and access to the swimming pool if you are at the ground floor. The bathrooms are big also and cleaned. Secondly, the facilities are cleaned. The gym is perfect for fast training. And swimming pool is big and has nice view. Third, (Customer service) they act like its 5 star hotel. They never say no or not allowed, they are very kind and helpful. The guy in the reception he gave us a swimming pool access room because we want it. Fourth, (Breakfast) has many options and the lady manager she is soo kind. When we tell here that we are Muslim and there is little options for halal food she provides us a special halal menu. Fifth, (Location) is perfect it's near many malls and you can rent a car or a motorbike for transportation Everything was amazing with this hotel It's a 4 star hotel idont know why booking keep it 3 star only
