This is a good hotel for a short stay, day one or two nights. It is a budget hotel and offers what one would expect. Clean. Nice small pool, at the front of the hotel. It is not secluded, but feels tucked away. Only those entering and leaving the premises have a view. Breakfast is availible at a reasonable price per head should you wish to eat at the hotel. Tiny balcony. So not good if you like sitting outside as there is no room, even for a single chair!

Super unfriendly staff There were three of us staying. We checked with the night shift staff how many water bottles we could have without extra pay, and they said we could have 3 bottles. But in the morning, when we checked out, morning shift staff charged us for the third bottle. When we tried to explain and reasoned with her what the night shift staff confirmed. She responded with an unpleasant tone and bad attitude insisting on paying, and didn't even apologize for their miscommunication if there was. It was not impressive at all for the first time staying here. The room is spacious though it was not completely clean.

The friendly service attitude of the counter staff is good. The room space is very big all the facilities. The value for money is excellent. The bathroom and toilet in the guest room are clean and bright.

Ants everywhere, rude attitude from the receptionist, problems with the toilet. Firstly they gave us a dirty, unorganised and smelling of pee room. I went down to the reception and she changed our room to a cleaner one which turned out to have ants problem and dirty towels, I went down again. Then the toilet didn’t flash and she told us it would be fixed later. We decided to go eat and come back, hoping the toilet and ants issues will be solved. When we came back we asked about that and what we got was a very rude and angry accusation that it was our fault because we put paper inside (it wasn’t written or said that that’s not allowed). The receptionist showed us a picture of the toilet (pee and tissue inside) in-front of another guest and scolded us. It was humiliating and made us want to go immediately. We didn’t put tissues in the toilet again but the toilet still didn’t flash sometimes on the first or second try. Also, there were still ants on the shelf, on the bed and in our suitcases.
