After my bad experience, it's better to avoid the stay in this hotel. 1 star is too much. Dark room with no hot water in the shower. Rude stuff. Rooms aren't soundproofing and too small.

The Regency is a good budget friendly hotel for a short stay. Since Milan is a stop over to other destinations in Italy, we had a night here and chose a pocket friendly option. The room was decent , clean , comfortable bathroom and adequate storage. They are located quite conveniently from Milan central bus 91 is on the route. We chose a double room , booked through a website, The restaurant is available in case you want breakfast which was not included in our price. Styling is classical, building probably looks from the 90's. Tram tracks are close by so you may hear them some times. Overall it's value for money!

Nice hotel at heart of the city. Easy commute to any parts of the city. Near by tram stops can take you to Metro stations. Hotel wise, I dont agree with their 5-star status. The rooms are very, very old, and I totally agree with many of the reviews mentioned about tidy carpets and watery ceilings.
