This is the first time I am rating a hotel this low. My room was incredibly small, there was not even enough space to open the room door. The room was facing the empty space in between buildings. With the windows being small, this gave a very suffocating vibe. I did not return to my room even when I had some free time during the day. Other than that, it was so loud as if there are no doors are walls in the building. I became aware of every single person moving. Under the bed it was very dusty. The wifi was unstable. One of the provided towels had stains on it. The shower head was shaky. The positives: the location, and the staff that was incredibly kind to me throughout. Every single person I met from the staff were really nice.

I realised that I’d booked the wrong dates for the hotel and contacted them by email twenty minutes after my booking. A further four emails followed before any response at all, which simply told me to edit the dates online, which wasn’t possible. Any form of meaningful help came just a few days before I was due to stay, by which time I’d been forced to make alternative arrangements and me paying for two different places. Terrible help for a genuine and legitimate problem - although it’s cheap for a hotel in Paris, I would definitely avoid.

Good simple hotel with very nice staff!!! The rooms have a few minor flaws, but otherwise perfectly ok and clean.

Horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemies, much less family or friends. I booked because it advertised AC in the rooms. I asked the front desk 3 times to please fix the AC or move us to a different room. Each time, I was told they were working on the issue. Finally, on the 4th time after 5 hours I told them I couldn't sleep without AC and went to a different hotel. They refused to issue a refund. I also paid for 2 days of breakfasts for 2 people and as of this posting I have not received any refund. The lobby was dirty with soiled sitting chairs and the stairs and walls were disgustingly dirty. Francisco and Ryan at the front desk were pleasant enough but had zero authority to help me. I am disputing this with my credit card company immediately. ***Update 7/1/2023 I did receive the money back for the prepaid breakfasts and taxes. The hotel still refused the hotel refund but Expedia, after many attempts did. ***
