Honestly I didn't have good experience , I had huge expectation but got badly disappointed we booked hotel for 2 days But the service and the treatement we got from this hotel was really bad. We had to wait around 30 minutes after we reached because room hasn't managed yet. After we entered the room the garbage was still there in the dustbin, we consider but the main part is We were not informed earlier that there were no chef when we oder food receptionist told we don't have any chef cause they are on leave or something Then we asked them you had to informed us earlier if you can't give the service, we might be gone for better option and there was a boy who was really rude he told us " why didn't you ask earlier " and stared to arguing with us in a bad tone. My suggestion is that its your job to manage overall thing not ours. This is a hotel and every guest expect they will get good food to eat and good hospitality , well behaviour . If there is any problem going on you have to inform your guest its a basic thing you have to do. I don't think I will ever recommended others or my nearones to stay in this hotel . Hope this might not be faced by other guest and take it as a positive criticism!!!!!

During my recent stay in Pokhara, Nepal (Hotel murano),I had the privilege of experiencing a truly exceptional hotel. This establishment's prime location offered awe-inspiring vistas of Phewa Lake and the majestic Annapurna mountain range, making every sunrise and sunset a breathtaking spectacle. The rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably maintained, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that instantly felt like home. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary journey in itself, with a diverse menu featuring delicious Nepali and international cuisine. However, what truly set this hotel apart was its extraordinary staff. They consistently went above and beyond, always wearing welcoming smiles and ready to assist with any request. Their genuine hospitality made my stay unforgettable, and I left with cherished memories. Whether you seek adventure or tranquility, this Pokhara hotel is the perfect gateway. I eagerly anticipate my return to this remarkable establishment on my next Pokhara visit. Highly recommended!

Very clean and well maintained hotel.Location is extremely good and very close to Lake and plenty of resturants near to the hotel only walkable distance. I got a nice and clean room with well maintained beds. The toilet was clean and they had 24 hours supply of hot water. The staffs are very friendly too. I definitely recommend this place. On my next visit to Pokhara, I am not looking for anywhere else. A great place to stay if you are planning to visit Pokhara.

Worst service, when we check in the hotel, there was no water, no glasses, no towel, and while I was changing the room service man came and asked to change the pillow sheet which is not acceptable at all. When I told the hotel owner about the problem he was kind a rude and ask me how much you had paid? And food was 👎 Overall I had a bad experience here. Not recommended my friend to visit here.
