Very beautiful appartments located in the center of Santa Cruz neighbourhood. Equipped with microwave, electric stoves, water heater and little fridge. You have access to a washing machine and to a dryer at the rooftop for 7 euros in total. The staff is very kind and helpful. We were very happy with the location and the staff service. Seville is a great city! We totally recommend the accommodation.

Amazing staff and very helpful. The location is great, walking distance to cathedral, plaza de espania. Many places to eat. We had two bedrooms apartment with two twin beds and one queen. It was enough. The kitchen was small but had everything you need to prepare breakfast. Courtyard was cute. Our child has wheelchair and we had two big bags. Staff walked over to our taxi and helped us with our luggage. One tip: if you take taxi, take it to Murrilio Suites, next to Murrilio gardens entrance. Google won't show you way to apartments but it is a short walk, 1-2 mins, to apartments. See the picture. The checkered path is to the gardens where taxi will drop you.

Really nice furnishings and well placed location (walking distance to Real Alcazar and Cathedral) However, I’m uncomfortable with how the door access and main entry are set up (common key, lift straight to the room, no secondary access required) and the lack of a receptionist in the building to assist quickly. Not so secure for me, and customer service/receptionist was one of the worst that I had to deal with during my stay. Shame as the place is really nice but I will not recommend, especially if you know that you will be returning late to the hotel. UPDATE 25 September 2018 - I appreciated how Irene, the Guest Service Manager has handled the incident. She made sure that she personally talked to me when my breakfast was delivered the next morning. She listened and seemed to take all the feedback in a constructive way. I really hope that improvements can be looked into to make this arrangement better and more secure for guests. Note that when I came back tonight at past 9:15 pm that I had to try 6 times before the key finally worked. Having understood it better from last night, I kept on trying until the door finally clicked open. Added a star to take into consideration the efforts made to help me out and make the situation better.
