Rooms were good for the price we paid. We had booked a twin sharing ( it was like private room for us) with a shared bathroom for two nights. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable but not much natural light. As we were on the ground floor, the room was very cold. The bathroom was shared and surprisingly clean ( during our visit, there weren't many people, I guess). The bathroom was close to our room. The place is managed by the old couple. They were friendly. It's located in the old town. Seville cathedral is at a walkable distance.

I recommend avoiding this structure. I booked for one of my friends whose father died just a week before the check in and they didn't even reply the request to cancel the reservation. They'd do everything for money and won't bother replying. We tried to get in touch for more than a week, no replies to calls or messages. You should be ashamed of yourself.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Terrible place and service. I reached out to them a week before my scheduled check-in to explain the unfortunate situation of my father passing away. I needed to cancel part of my trip around Spain, and requested a cancellation with a refund. Despite waiting for a response for a full week, I received no communication from the hostel, and they still charged me for the booking. This lack of responsiveness and understanding was quite disheartening during a difficult time. Just fyi I needed to cancel my stay in other hostel as well and they didn't have any problem with that. There are some situations that people should just support each other, not only count money. "What goes around, comes around"

I left the pension after discovering the room. Though the bathroom was good, the room was dusty, but what really upset me was the window over the street that could not be closed properly. So yeah, I was supposed to sleep in this noisy room, while a man outside began to play the guitar with a slightly out of tune voice to accompany his Spanish pop music chords. I was about to accept my fate with the help of my loyal ear plugs. But as I was about to leave the room for a well-earned dinner with my girlfriend after a 4 hours trip from Grenada, casually slipping my keys in my pocket, I was called out by the owner. After a few seconds of puzzlement (she did not speak English, nor did try to do so), recalling my fuzzy memories of high school Spanish, I understood that… I was supposed to leave her the key. To our room. With all our luggage inside. That was definitely a no-no. So yeah, we grabbed our stuff and left on the spot, after booking for another hotel 10 min away for the same price and with much more welcoming rooms.
