The room is nice, but the bathroom might be a little small for tall people. The service is good, and the staff is very nice. Price is good. This location is a little bit farther away from Gotanda station, and I booked it by mistake- there is another MyStays in Gotanda right across the street from the station, which is the one I was trying to book 😂. This one is good too though. There is a Lawson convenience store next door.

We stayed three nights recently, and will not stay again in this hotel. The location is quite good and the price as well. The room is quite spacious (relative to the local standards). Staff was correct and friendly. However, although it looks clean at first sight, we found a literal dust carpet under the bed, and weeks accumulated dust on other surfaces like the TV top, the AC machine or the gap between the bed feet and the wall. Secondly, cleaning staff was quite loud in the morning when taking care of adjacent rooms. All in all, I don't see why I would stay there, since there is a large availability of similarly priced hotels that are impeccably clean.

Room is not clean maybe cause cleaning ladies are Chinese. You can see dust everywhere (under the bed/gaps between corner and bed/inner side of toilet). They have been chatting quite loud in the morning. The wall sound proof is quite poorly. I can hear people walking around and knocking on doors in the night. It's even not what you should expect from a budget hotel in Japan. I've been traveling to Japan for more than ten times in my life and every time I travel with budge hotel, it's small but functional and clean. I will not come back again.
