honestly the room is pretty ok. larger than most. as other reviewers noted the light switches are nonsense. but the service is the weak point as other reviewers also mentioned. being a hotel next to a train station they should know where an elevator or escalator into the station is because people in hotels have luggage. not only did 3 people at the front desk not know, 2 ignored the question and the third gave up after 30 seconds and just said "I don't know". you're paying too much to stay here to get such lazy service. it's really shameful and I can't overlook this. take your chance here if you must just because the room size but if you expect any service beyond accepting payment you'll be disappointed.

Located close to Osaka station However quite far from 'tourist' part of town. So depends what you are looking for. Room is small (bed against wall on one side). However good value and ataffarevery friendly

Revolting tiny, old and dated rooms. The non smoking rooms (but clearly still used for smokers) have been “deodorised” but still absolutely reek of smoke. Can’t open a window. The bedding is pilled and old, doesn’t feel clean. The pillows are tiny and basically travel pillows. Items in the room seem dirty too. Could not stop coughing. Absolutely never staying here again.

It's really really close to the Osaka Station, so the access was very convenient! The room was very small, but we just returned at the hotel to sleep, so it wasn't a big deal. Japanese rooms are small anyway. The amenities were very generously thought! There were toothpaste, toothbrush, razors, shaving cream, skin lotion, q-tips, disposable bag for sanitary napkins, etc. They don't provide free water, so be sure get it by yourself. There is Family Mart right below the hotel, so we bought cheap water and breakfast from there. Wifi was good. Room is centrally air conditioned, so it was so-so for me.
