The hotel is clean, with everyday clean towel, robe and disposable slipper and tea deliver in front of your door. Approachable staff and have a free Kimono fitting and have some restaurant to choose. Its close to Juso station connected to Osaka Metro station connected to all tourist attraction in Osaka. If you are looking for a hotel that is close to street food restaurant this is the best hotel for you! Thank you to all staff, we really appreciated your assistance especially when assisting us for our Kimono fitting.

We had 3 nights in this hotel and found it to be extremely comfortable. I was worried after reading some reviews but found the hotel to be very clean, comfortable and staff to be attentive. It is close to the Hankyu line for easy access to the osaka station and lots of suitable restaurants. It is close to the hotels that rent by the hour but this was not a problem even if you came with children. A Lawson's for your food needs is a short stroll away. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was so-so, except the shampoo and soap, very nice. I spend 1 night here on my trip to japan. There is donki nearby which is very convenient for us. Breakfast was so si , i really like their scramble egg, very soft and creamy, we must put back our tray which is very japanese culture. Their breakfast area has a city view which is very beautiful on sunny morning.
