I've stayed in nassim hotel from 23th November till 27th November, and i love it a lot, the hotel is very clean and all the hotel stuff are kind and warm people, I want to thank as well imane, mouhididine and reda and all the hotel stuff for their amazing service and for making my vacation wonderful. The hotel located in the heart of guelize which makes it near to a lot of places, you can go by walk to it, as the farest one is 40 minutes , and the nearest one is 15 minutes till 30 minutes, walking makes you discover the city very well , and it's safe. Definitely I will come back again to the hotel insha'allah, and I recommend it 100%

Shocking, ruined our holiday as soon as we walked in to the hotel. We booked a double room but when we went to our room it’s a twin room . When I went to talk to the reception the middle age lady said “ it’s same, what’s the difference between double and twin bed” . She keep saying that’s all we have. She said she will sort it out next day but never did . My wife ask for the name of the lady but she never gave her name to us kept giving the owner name but eventually found out she’s called Saba middle aged women with short hair. Awful manners and services you’ll know who she is when you see her evil smirk. Only thing they did is put two twin bed together . We stayed 8 nights not a single time they changed our bedding . Our bedding cover had blood stain and room is smell of smoke/cigarette. None of their staff talk to you nicely if anything ask they reply WHAT. Apart from the gentleman who carried out luggage to room and back when we arrived, he was smiley and very respectful. So, if anyone thinking booking this hotel you might as well stay on the street you would get better respect there. They have false advertising there is no sauna, the swimming pool is just slight bigger than a double bed. Breakfast items there is about 10 items in the buffet to pick from and same breakfast everyday. If you advance paid for breakfast and dinner very limited time you have to eat .The worst range of items I have seen in all the counties I have visited.

Currently staying here right now with the worse experience. The bed gave me the worse back ache for 2 days as the springs were coming out, it was a cheap folding bed with a thin mattress. When I told the staff they said they gave me a child’s bed, I’m an adult? They took the bed, and I’ve been waiting over 8 hours for a new bed which they said they would bring. I’ve spoken to 5 different staff who said they will bring it and didn’t. It’s currently 10pm and i have no bed, I thought this was supposed to be a hotel? The staff are so rude, not one apology and they either ignore your phone call or try and rush you off the phone. The wifi barely works and it’s very slow. There was also no water in the taps in the morning, and the water is never cold, only very warm or hot. The pool is very small.
