We only stayed there one night but we really loved this riad, it’s in the center of the Medina, very convenient to many attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place to people who travel to Marrakech.

First time in Marrakech and we stayed in this beautiful Riad for 4 nights. The staff are very friendly. Especially Mohamed and Younes. Affordable price, clean and good location. Also they have a small hidden pool and rooftop access.

Amazing experience in Marrakech also thanks to this Riad! Starting from the service, all the people there are very friendly, they treated us as real guests. We felt like really welcomed. The Riad is really in the middle of the Medina, yet out of the caos, during the night you don't hear a noise. We had a couple of requests and they helped us without problems, the staff is super prone to help in any circumstances. Good private taxi service from the airport, even if taxis are not expensive, but at least when you arrive they will wait for you at terminal exit. I also suggest to have dinner there at least once: not only the price is good, but also the quality is above the average because you have to book in advance and choose what you want, they will buy fresh food, cooking it just before your dinner (we definitely felt the difference)!

We had the best holiday here! I stayed here with my two children and as a single Mum, it can be nerve-wracking to stay somewhere so different. The staff at Riad Al Jana could not have been more friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. There was a misunderstanding about "pancakes" on the menu and my children got small sweet pastries instead of the crepes that they had expected, even though i said it really did not matter, the next day, when we returned from a trip out, there was a knock on our room door and they had made them chocolate crepes especially, which were delicious. The meal that we had at the Riad was one of the best we have ever eaten, made on site by the cook - a real taste of Morocco. I would 100% recommend staying here to get a good insight into the real Marrakesh, it was so different but so much better than big commercial resorts.
