Upon arrival, the hotel staff warmly welcomed me with smiles, showcasing excellent service. The rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and hygienic. I was absolutely stunned by how perfect the hotel location is, right in the heart of the city with so many local restaurants and malls nearby. The room is pristine and it looks newly renovated. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, most importantly thry can communicate in basic English. My stay was truly a pleasant surprise.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It’s in shinsaibashi which is very central and there is a direct connection to the subway. There are many shopping places and restaurants in the immediate area. The rooms however are incredibly small even by Japanese standards. And the largest bed size isn’t queen it’s a double.
