Wery bad service, old rooms, spa area doesn't work. Hotel looks like an abandoned place without staff. They charge us more 18% tax without a reason. As we stayed less then a month in Peru. Never recommend it to anyone

The service was absolutely incredible. Came in welcomed with open arms. The receptionists also spoke English so that's always a green flag. The facilities are well kept with a sauna and spa. My apologies for making the most of it and not keeping everything so well-kept haha. The breakfast buffet also had quite the variety. Ravaged the pineapple and papaya to help me digest all the food that we ate. So grateful for the service 🙏 Definitely recommend!!

A decent place to stay for a few days. Don't expect anything special. The rooms are clean and well maintained. One can avail laundry service. WiFi is available and no issues with it.
