I honestly came for the space and ended up staying for the people. Incredible warm and professional staff that made me feel like family. The workers come from all over the world and speak many languages as well as live on site which personally made my stay feel safe and luxurious! It was the break I needed away from cold corporate hotels. Don’t be afraid to ask the owner about restaurant recommendations (they were amazing).

Stayed here in March 2023 with my brother and friend. Amazing location right in the middle of the tourist area. Very unique hotel with lots of charm and character, old historical building which is renovated to a high standard. Very nice large rooms with modern facilities but still keeps its character. Staff were brilliant for us and very accommodating and couldn’t us help enough. John Carlos the owner and Regi are great guys and very nice people. Highly recommend this hotel to anymore staying in the area. 10 out of 10 experience for us. Thanks again guys and sorry I’ve been so slow to do this review for but you deserve it so glad I can recommend this place to others.

We have only been here for 24 hours and I already feel the need to share a review. This place is beautiful. The management has done an amazing job maintaining the beauty of the historical architecture, and it is well decorated with antiques. BUT the best part about Casa Falleri is the staff. Everyone is so friendly, courteous and willing to assist with every need you might have. I asked where I could go get a 6 pack of beer and the manager, Giancarlos, was ready to send someone to get it for me. I cannot wait to come back. I am so disappointed we only set 72 hours to spend here.

Please know that i do not make a habit of bashing hotels and restaurants with online reviews. What could be a very interesting and chic boutique hotel has become completely run down. The property (inside and out) was dirty and and is simply not ready for guests. We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. I hope they can regroup, clean it up and welcome guests properly as this could be an excellent place to stay.
