Bad hospitality, very rude to customer even when it’s not customer’s wrong. We politely requested to upgrade but they replied “CANNOT” in rude manner, accusing as if we were unable to pay. Poor management, not versatile in catering customer’s needs. The bad hospitality cause us to checkout immediately. During checkout, the receptionist didn’t even have eye contact, didn’t say a word and show a cold shoulder while returning the deposit unwillingly. Understood OYO hotel is known for budget, but look at the facilities and service provided. What kind of mentality thinks the ironing board is useable. The bedsheets were dirty, towel was yellowish! There were bad smell in the room. Not saying all OYO hotel are bad, but this is TERRIBLE. Strongly Not Recommending this “Hotel Comfort” at all.

NOT comfort at all! Poor management, bad customer service, dirty room, dirty bedsheets, dirty towels, dirty toilet, no toiletries, information was not transparent, feeling cheated, rude to customers even though we were being nice to do enquiry. Yucky attitude by the two receptionists. The list could go on and on... Booked in a rush due to emergency and t'was my bad for not doing enough research. The online search prompt us to this hotel but we hv proven that the website info might not be trustworthy. Please think twice before considering this NOT comfort hotel. The worst ever I hv ever encountered, we immediately checked out after check-in for 5 mins.

The hotel is conveniently located near Ipoh Railway Station and Padang Ipoh. My room on the ground floor was quite noisy due to the hotel being situated right next to a busy road, and I found it hard to sleep on the first night. However, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and allowed me to upgrade to a larger and quieter room on the second floor for a fee, and I was able to sleep much better on the second night. Both of the hotel rooms that I stayed in were clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Only basic amenities and toiletries were provided in the rooms, but this is not an issue for short stays or if you bring said amenities and toiletries with you.
