The hotel itself is okay-ish. A bit dusty though. Cleanliness can be improved. Pros: -Great Location -Great water pressure -Spacious room -Got fridge, hair dryer -Aircond is working fine for me, cools in time -Parking is so close to the lobby but limited Cons: -Hotel wifi not working for me. It’s not a problem but it would be nice to have -We got 2 room, 1st room where my family is staying is okay. No complain. However, 2nd room (my room) is dusty. Even the table and tissue box is dusty, I’m afraid to use the tissue. The 2nd room seems like housekeeping ppl barely sweep and I don’t know when is the last time they mopped the floor in the room. Maybe because I checked in on Friday, the whole week got no one checking in that room? But still, before guest come in the room you should atleast wipe the table and sweep the floor. -toilet bowl got minor stain, but I can just close my eye on that one. It’s the dusty floor that concern me

Book for no smoking room but got a room smell like someone just finish smoking there. Got stain on bedsheets. Pillow smell like 'air liur basi'. Trash smells. Iron board not safe, broken already but still give us to use. One of the service who send the iron keep looking inside the our room, no manners.

Room cleanliness overall is ok. Some corner of the cupboard is dusty though. Got a dead little cockroach. The toiletries are minimal. The furniture and the bed are old. But the mattress and pillow are comfortable. The king sized room is spacious for 2 persons. Tv only have 3 local channels. They gave me garden view on the 1st floor. Well I guess you get what you paid for since I got a deal for the room price from agoda. Parking is free but it's first come first serve if you want to park in the hotel compound. So I just walked to the nearest eateries outlet as I don't want to lose the parking spot. Air condition is cold enough and water pressure of the shower is strong. Refrigerator is provided. Location is medium as you have to walk a bit to the nearest eateries outlet and convenient stores. Otherwise you can drive but risk losing the parking spot.

Very Lousy service and not enough parking space.Ask to move my car inside although im in a lot then after half an hour the hotel let another car to park aside （not a parking lot）even an almera is difficult to go through.They let us to move car and dont wanted to request the car owner（Hrv） to move the car cause the owner is insist to park that place. They said that they always do like that although it was not a parking lot and customer can park like this.If any touchwood things happens the hotel will say that parking is on your own risk.🤷

Great location but a bit dark at night as there are no shops close by. I was here 8 years ago and service was great. Room service was good even if I did not ask for it. Great view of Ipoh from the 5th floor Hotel needs an exterior renovation to its former glory days. For the price, this is a good bargain. Easy walk to Sri Maju for my bus trip down to KL. Only complaint taps are a bit noisy at night, but seems to be the case in other hotels as well. I stay here again on my next trip.
