No hot showers from the 3rd day to 4th day of our stay which is very inconvenient for us we were not informed and when I called the front desk they just said that its under maintenance and she didn’t even sound apologetic. For customers who are not used to cold showers do not book this hotel they only provide it on your 1st to 2nd stay but after that you’re on your own. PS: rooms are not provided with safe or vault so make sure you have something you can put your personal belongings.

What I like about this hotel is its proximity to Mango Ave and Escario Road. Being a newly built hotel, the rooms are exceptionally clean. Additionally, there's a coffee shop on the next floor that's accessible to the public. Speaking of accessibility, you can't enter any room without a hotel card, which adds to the overall security.

Nickle and diming hotel. Decent and remodeled rooms but many are facing major construction. Beware and ask. I had a cough after a night of construction that continued until 1 am… Also, despite staying four days, they wanted to charge a 600 peso bag storage fee. Pretty surprised they’d do that to a repeat customer. I did not feel valued… Of course if you want wifi or hot water (or fresh air) good luck. Those are optional on their part! Most nights i had neither! The bag charge was a real annoyance. 5 of the 6 girls that work the front desk are nice but absolute robots in their ‘fees’

This hotel is newer than the other hotel I stayed in (Pillows). This is much better for around the same price. Location is near Escario St. where you can find Rico's and Cebu Original Belly. Then to the other side there's a Robinson supermarket, further along is Mango Ave. and Ayer's lechon. There are streetwalkers when you step out at night, but they didn't bother me.
