The hotel staffs need to improve their skills, rude and quite disrespectful with their fake smiles. They treats customers differently by their nationality. Is not hotel but a hostel quality, the rooms are so noisy you can hear everything also the location is just besides the road is so polluted and noisy. There is music they open is so loud in the morning at the hallway you woke up by that it is quite annoying. Sometimes you can feel the rooms are shaking due to the cars movement. At the check out day it wasn’t even 12pm yet the receptionist called and cashed us out to remind we need to leave soon. They could’ve say nicely but harshly said. We stayed there for 10 days with 2 rooms.I only liked the security that work in the morning time he was such a sweet guy. The only thing that’s nice was the self breakfast you need to get early to grab some food. If you want something cheap and don’t mind the road noise and other room noise. The price is good.

The service makes up for the rooms with some defects and the locations next to the road. The staff really is doing a terrific job with the service. From the first to the last minute we were welcomed and assisted in everything we needed. Opening doors, carrying our luggage, suggesting local street food and reminding us to drink the free water. The rooms are okay, with some minor defects. Loose bathroom rack and showerhead and some gaps in the floor tiling. Nothing to get another room over. Definitely not for these prices. There is a big lobby with 24h service, and a fridge with water. The shared community kitchen has crackers, noodles and a hot water machine to warm them up, a microwave and plenty of seating. There is a pool, not too big but big enough. Quite noisy as it is next to the road. The noise in the rooms wasn't that bad, only during rush hour, and by then you are awake or out eating somewhere. Close to the train station, 7-11, and a 15.minute walk to the central world, big-C and other malls. Thanks for a great stay!

Brilliant! Wish we’d stayed here from the start instead of next door at the Bonsai! This was everything that we’ve come to experience from Thai hospitality in the 13 years we’ve been coming here! Welcoming greeting, attentive service, lovely room and location! Highly recommend this place!
