We are not complainers. So if you are a complainer stop reading, this review will not help you. This review may be helpful for those non-complainers like us. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke English well. The rooms were larger than expected from the reviews. The furnishing allowed some space for clothing but did not have hangers. The bed mattress was comfortable and clean. The walls are thin and conversations were heard quite easily through them. The room had its own, narrow, bathroom which included a toilet, bidet, single person shower, and sink. They provided nice soft towels. They also provided soaps for the shower. The breakfast is as expected from the reviews. Warm pastry cresaunt, yogurt, cheese, and sliced meat. It's a small meal. The hotel is off the beaten path from the tourist sector. Cabs are expensive 15-20 Euro to get to center. Buses are 1.50 for a in and out pass. We spent over 100 Euro to get from the airport - I think we got taken. Be sure to have a transfer plan set up. Use the metro or bus system option under Google maps. A nice thing about the hotel is being in the outskirts the chance of getting authentic meals and market purchases is higher. Don't be afraid to walk around and visit the local shops.

Staff of the hotel were nice and helpful and the location was good too, but the room condition was not good. The air conditioning and heating system didn't work,so the room was cold and there was no one in the hotel to fix them. Upon our request to change the room, it was told to us that the same issue is with all the hotel's rooms and instead, a small heater device was given to us, which worked well. But the main issue of the room was with the drain of the bathroom. It was clogged and because of that even after a small shower, the draining water entered to the room and made there as swamp! This was something that couldn't be very recent, as when we entered into the room for the first time there were huge moisture print on the carpet, showing that this has happened many times before and apparently hotel was careless to fix it.
