Pros: Great location, clean, kind, professional, reasonable price, great breakfast (recommend purchasing the breakfast but have an early dinner because you will need the room because it is pretty spectacular). The staff are friendly and quick to answer question. The staff is multi-lingual. Cons: Because your are sleeping directly above a bar and restaurant that pride themselves in making sure you have a good time it is very loud in to the wee hours of the night and early day. Do not book here if sleep is essential to you. The restaurant is quite at around 12am and they start up again around 6am in preparation for breakfast.

Arrived really late at night, the young man working at reception was most helpful. Rooms were exactly what they looked like online, and were also clean and well kept. The hotel has a great location, and the breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely stay there again at some point in time.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was large and the beds were comfortable. You couldn't beat the location. It was right around the corner from the main square. It was so central!. The restaurant on the main floor was great. I would definitely recommend staying if you are in Prague.

The room: Clean and modern, but extremely loud. The noise from the bar below was noticeable after midnight. I was on the 6th floor and didn't get a wink of sleep. I had just traveled five hours by train and badly needed some peace and quiet. Cleaning staff was also very noisy and had long, loud conversations right outside my door, which had a "do not disturb" tag hanging. The location: A great location to be near shops and the clock tower, but I wouldn't recommend booking here if you want quiet, romantic stay. The situation: I booked four nights and had to check out after the first night, due to a family, medical emergency. The property refused to refund me for the unused nights. The service given by reception downstairs was also a bit lacking but typical of this area. The email response from management was a single line: we cannot refund you. I had to eat 500€. Based on the refusal to refund me for an unforeseen medical emergency, I do not recommend booking this hotel.
