The rooms may not be the newest, but they were clean and it was fine staying there. The staff was happy and kind. The location is very good you can roam around in the city as it is close to the center. As for pricing they even go below Airbnbs. So it is a great value for the price. Would recommend for sure!

We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. It's a good value. Great location in Central Copenhagen near Metro stops, parks, & the palace. Lots of places to eat & shop nearby. Rooms are small, but clean & very well kept. Front desk is very friendly & quick to help. We opted not to buy the breakfast, as there are many bakeries within a few blocks walk.

This hotel is in a great location for walking around Copenhagen and seeing the sights. Just 1 block to King's Garden and Rosenborg Castle. A must-see! Also walking distance to Nyhavn. The hotel is a little older and we didn't interact with the staff much, but for the convenience - it was worth it.

Multiple very helpful & friendly reception people. Free coffee in reception / breakfast area. Convenient location for the start of a walking tour looping around the city. Tiny double room. Small bar of soap should be replaced with more eco friendly alternative. Fan was useful as street can be noisy especially in the morning with bin collection through the large windows. Tiny Old non-smart TV. Good WiFi. Old but practical hotel. Shower temperature can be temperamental. Would stay again.

Service is incredibly poor and we haven't even stayed yet. EasyJet disrupted our flight so instead of arriving on the Tuesday (when our reservation starts) we have to arrive in Copenhagen on the Wednesday. I reached out to the hotel who advised us that if we can't check in on the set date (Tuesday) then our reservation would be 'invalid'. But they were kind enough to offer the weeks stay that we already paid for again, as long as we spent another £500! Absolutely ridiculous, the hotel aren't going to be losing out on any money what-so-ever, yet won't allow us to stay because of something out of our control.
