Great value for money hotel in centre of Copenhagen. Decor is nice- particularly the bar area. Beds very comfortable with clean and warm rooms. Breakfasts are buffet style with very wide food choices. Good place to use as base for exploring the city. Recommend!!

The hotel was in a great location and a great price for its central location. Hotel staff were okay, generic customer service lacking any oomph. The rooms were okay, sporadically cleaned when they felt like it and it was hit and miss whether tea and coffee was replenished (although when we rang reception they said - there’s some here if you come and get it). Mattress was poor and the pillows were flat & square? Overall it was a good trip and a pleasant stay but with a little more effort it could be 100% better.

Very conveniently and centrally located boutique hotel. Decor is great, especially in lobby and the bar. We enjoyed the fitness centre and the bar. Rooms are clean, with big beds and were great for our 6 night stay to explore Copenhagen. Service can vary depending on who you get but overall we’d recommend the hotel!

A standard double room is very small but it wasn't an issue as we spent the entire days outside visiting the city. As we don't need much attention from staff, I can't really tell anything about their work. + comfortable beds, very quiet, the breakfast is the same each day, however the choice is vast! I saw people complaining about cleaning service but it depends on what one expects. I don't need a fresh towel daily (don't change them at home every day either!). We spent there 3 nights and didn't order cleaning even once. Located perfectly!

Staying two nights, the rooms are good sized with massive double bed, modern room, no traffic noise, dark curtains so no light at nights. Lobby with a few comfy seats plus bar. The hotel is just an easy few minutes walk from the main station, on a quiet road, good central location for visiting the city, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Didn't try breakfast yet, but I'm sure it will be good buffet standard. Friendly staff, our rooms were ready when we arrived at 1pm, English well spoken. WiFi signal good, this is a good 4 star hotel.
