We have stayed in the Quadruple annex for four nights. I'm very happy with the stay. Clean and spacious room. Housekeeping staff were wonderful, they did a great job cleaning the rooms every day. Toilets are cleaned every day. With all basic toiletries, towels changed every day. Hair drier provided. Also a mini fridge. Only negative is no coffee making facility in room. Location is another plus point. Near main terminal station with connections to airports, trains to other cities. Also, two metro stations in walking distance. Lots of restaurants around. In summary, great value for money. Will stay again on my next visit.

🙌🏻😉 Great staff flexibility, they were very accurate giving advices to get to know good places in the city and, great staff integrity. They allowed us to leave the luggage watched at the lobby for a couple of hours because we wanted to make a late tour in the city after the check out. Once we came back to pick our luggage up, they gave us back a watch that we left in the room without notice it. Kudos for the room service! In terms of amenities, they could improve a few things but not a deal breaker so far. The most important thing... Customer Service attitude, they have it. Walls and stuff can be acquired later. Grazie mille!

The only thing that is good about this hotel is the location. The rest is horrible. We paid almost 200 EUR per night, got dirty small room with mold on the wall and a view to messy backyard. We could hear every toilet flush. The breakfast was a joke. No fruit, no vegetable, no juice, just 1 kind of bread, a bit of cheese and ham that smelt funny.

The location of Hotel Piemonte is without doubt the reason why I liked it very much and the reason why I recommend it to less privileged people. 200-300 m from Termini, Rome's central station. Many sights and attractions are in walking distance. The area is the land of milk and honey concerning restaurants of all kinds. It's a 3 star hotel and you don't get any more than that. A sufficient breakfast buffet, sufficient rooms with new bed linen and towells every day. Okay new and nice toilet and shower though a little scruffy cleaning. Our double bed was with a lovely soft(not too soft) top matress but our daughter's single bed was hard and with no top matress. It would be considerate if all beds were with top matress. Don't go here if you normally prefer 4+ star hotels and just want to save money. If sleeping, showering, eating breakfast and maybe reading in bed is all you do in a hotel, Piemonte is acceptable. A thing though I think it was short of and shouldn't be missing in any hotel was some warmth and servicemindedness. At arrival there wasn't a smile or a welcome. Just "buongiorno" and then "you have to pay city tax". Last but not least, bring extension cord(s) with several sockets. There was one barely functional socket in the whole room. Again: The restaurants are wonderful, super pizzas, pasta and antipasta, risotto, tiramisu and Vitnamese, Japanese, Chinese and Indian food. The closest to the hotel were 10 and 15 m away. We loved it.
