I spent 2 nights at this apart hotel and the only good thing was the location. The room: there was a bump in the middle of the mattress which made sleeping very annoying. The tap water in the kitchenette was burning hot on both poles. The bathroom sink was leaking water. On the second day I was told not to use the kitchenette sink. The cleaning lady was very nice and super meticulous. It’s written on Expedia that they have an on-site parking with a garage. It’s totally false. I had to pay 30€ for the parking which is also written on their page details. Find a better place to enjoy Napoli.

This is a wonderful hotel. There's no space for breakfast and not all the rooms have a wonderful view but this is more than made up for by the warm welcome and the really special staff. A particular mention is owed to the kind and generous Naty and the hilarious and delightful Tonia. Also really handy for the best beaches, San Carlo opera and ballet and the Toledo and Chiaia shops. If you can afford it, this is your perfect Naples Hotel.

Great location on via Chiaia in Naples right by Piazza Plebiscito. Located conveniently located to la Scala, shopping on via Chiaia and via Toledo. Also hand to the port if that's a consideration. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms are clean and hotel has an elevator after a few steps. General stores for supplies are also handy to the hotel. This is a self catering place in terms of snacks and meals. Taxi rank is also handy. Overall I would recommend.
