Excellent staff, comfortable room, great food, and perfect location. This hotel is located just a short walk from The train station. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to accommodate a couple small request that we had. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. We were a bit cool in our room so we called the front desk and asked the air-conditioning to be turned off for the duration of our stay. Temp was great after that. There is a small street market of some sort across the street, It didn’t appear to be the most tidy, but it was fine. We walked through and purchased an extra suitcase cheap. In the evening, it seems like a different crowd, They appeared to be a bit messy, but after the second night it seems like the street cleaners came by and cleaned it all up. We had breakfast and dinner while staying there, both were excellent. The rooftop patio is a nice touch. All the staff we met were very friendly. If you are looking for good value, clean and convenient, this is a good choice.

Thoroughly Enjoyed my stay here! Great location, great staff and the room was perfect. Rooftop bar was a great addition as well. First time at an UNA Hotel and can't wait to visit more of their locations.

I praise hotels for service and welcoming hospitality. I also never return to facilities that treat customers as if they should be honored that their hotel allows us to be a "guest". Twice on the trip down from Rome, we tried booking a room for two. And twice the website stopped as we were confirming our credit card. When we were confirmed on the third attempt, I was told at the reception that I only booked for one and there was an additional charge for the second person. When I explained my efforts, I was treated as a second class citizen, with a how dare I question the website response or policy. I was not impressed. The room we had while not noisy in the common sense, was obviously near the elevator. As all night I heard what sounded as a pulley bearing beginning to fail from its low rumble. This time the look said, "no one else has complained". The morning we left, the hotel power was out and hampered our schedule. When I asked for some consideration about the problem I was greeted with another, how dare you ask us for reduction. That is when I gave up, paid the remainder and left. As a positive, your breakfast manager did a fantastic effort providing hot foods without power. He must be resourceful and was still smiling. His efforts were the high point of our stay.

Tough to rate. Like many an Airbnb, the initial impression is pretty luxurious, but then you take a closer look and notice the water damage on the fake wood. These are the photos I've attached just to illustrate my point. There are already plenty of pictures of the highlights. Water started dripping from the ceiling and the power shorted out at 2:30 AM our first night. They moved us into a slightly smaller room down the hall. At least the ceiling stayed dry in the new room for the rest of the weekend. On the positive side, the location is excellent, the views are good, we got some great food from the rooftop restaurant, I was able to watch all the Seria A action on Sky, and the sound dampening is pretty good on the windows so it stays relatively quiet inside, which is an accomplishment considering how loud it is out there. In the end I think you've got to grade Southern Italian hotels on a curve when it comes to maintenance, so I'm going to give this one 4/5 stars with the caveat that visitors from some other parts of the world may have higher standards for a 4-star hotel.
