When our Airbnb fell through, we were wondering the streets at 2 am looking for a place that would take us and this was the only place that opened its door! We were thankful for air conditioning in the room, everything was clean. Walking distance to the main touristy areas, the beach, Laundromat, and places to eat.

Clean hotel, every day you can ask to clean service, little phone on bathroom, comfortable bed and pillow. Out side of room you have a little balcony where you can put clothes to dry. Out side there is a way where you can park you car free. A bit out of center. 18/20 min by walk

I stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions. The first was for two nights. I enjoyed them the room was perfect and comfortable. The original stay was $66.84 USD. Days later while at another hotel I received a charge of $66.99. The hotel does not have a working number available on Google. So I had to wait to go up there. When I did go up there I had to wait two more days to speak with the manager. The manager had me speak with their bank which could not do anything about it. When trying to explain to them the numbers I calculated the pricing of everything and they insisted I was confused and did not know how to read the information on my account properly and proceeded to laugh in my face. Such a terrible way to treat a customer. Especially since I was confident they would help me fix the issue so I stayed one night while waiting to get it resolved. My account was left in the negative for this. I guess because I don't speak good Spanish I was an easy target. Please be careful with who you do business with out here. This is a real review from a single struggling mother. 😪 ps: the last last night I stayed there the room smelled of mold. The first room did not. The second room did.

I lived in this place for about two months and after this long time it felt really hard to say goodbye to all the friendly people working there. The hotel is clean, comfortable and located in a bit more quiet place but still close to everything. I had a great time there and the place almost felt like a home to me! Thank you for the good stay!! M from Alemania ;-)
