My fathers stayed here two times during their trip and I can say the experience was amazing. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to solve any issue. The rooms are cozy and well equipped (and clean of course). We booked directly in their website and pay online with a link they sent to us (super safe!). The value for the price is outstanding. We undoubtedly recommend the hotel as we will be going back in a few months.

Family of 6 , we stay 10th floor at the 3 bedroom suite and we had an amazing view Breakfast ok The hotel position is excellent Polite and friendly You have to change elevator at 3rd floor, but overall its not a big deal The only thing I have to mention is that the gym is extremely small and you pay extra 6e to entry, doesn't make any sense

We booked this a few days before occupancy and stayed over a holiday weekend so we didn't have much choice especially considering I was traveling with my adult children and needed a room with 3 beds. I think the 3 bed rooms are the smallest in most hotels so never very comfortable. But this room was impossibility small for 3. Also, I think the hotel hosted a 3 month sumo wrestlers convention and the winning team slept on the beds in our room - awful mattresses that should have been changed years ago. No sitting area or lounge in the hotel, a negative for me, don't always want to relax a shirt while on a bed. Great location with friendly staff.

Such a beautiful hotel so central staff was so helpful nothing was a problem we had a big corner room first night cause their was 3 of us we had amazing views and then we swapped to rooms on same floor as we were doing rooms for 2 sharing so out of the 4 rooms that we were in they were all faultless I would definitely stay again if in Madrid thanks for making our stay enjoyable
