I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Regent Marine. I had a beautiful view of the sea and the staff were always so helpful. My room was immaculately cleaned every day. The on site restaurant had a full buffet breakfast for every taste. I really hated to leave. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The view from the hotel is nice but that’s about all they have to offer. The front desk folks were rude and not very courteous. I booked with breakfast but failed to get me breakfast coupons. When I asked for them, they told me that we didn’t book with breakfast. I had to show the booking email to them. Only then they reluctantly agreed to get the coupons with no apologies. The breakfast they offered was not great. Some of the coffee machines were broken and the selections were limited. The tables were not cleaned quickly forcing us to bus a table to eat. The room was okay but their bed was in such a bad shape that I was waken with a major backache. The shower was very unattractive with unprofessional shoddy workmanship. The towels were old and worn out and beginning to turn dark. We checked out after the first night. They neither refunded nor offered to fix the problem. Our trip to Jeju was pleasant except for this hotel.

Great hotel in Old Jeju City. There is a boardwalk right in front to go for a stroll and enjoy the view of the sea. The location is great. It is next to sashimi street and very close to black pork street. It’s all in walking distance. The Dongmun Market is also very close: great place to buy souvenirs or for streetfood. The hotel has a large lobby and there is a cafe on the ground floor. There are many elevators to go up. We had a big spacious room with 2 double beds. The bathroom is very nice and spacious too. They had a nice ionic hairdryer that was very appreciated for quick drying.
