Hotel and hotel room is a tad dated. Stayed 2 nights as part of group tour. Room was bright, spacious and clean. There is a 7Eleven convenience store just behind the back door. Spacious and bright hotel lobby. Conveniently located hotel, with short 5 to 10 minutes drive to Jeju Airport. Ask for higher floor room, to enjoy partial seaview.

Stayed there in September of 2023. We were overall satisfied with this hotel. Just a few comments, the hotel is 30 mins away walking distance to the more vibrant area of Jeju City (coastal area). The exterior photo of the hotel is no longer accurate at this hotel is flanked by two tall buildings unlike the photo (not a problem but just sharing). No separate shower area. Shower was within the bathtub. This is fine however there were no shower curtains therefore the bathroom got soaked after every shower. Was annoyed by a female receptionist. When we had asked for an extra key card (hotel only issued one during check in), she had a look of disinterest, didn't say a word, and passed the task to her male colleague who issued another key to us.

Although the rooms were of great satisfaction, and the service, and the location, I was promised a BTS member would purchase me a hotdog. Consequently, thinking I would get a free hotdog, I spent the remaining money I had which I was going to spend on a hotdog- on cheese. I never received the hotdog, and I was 40 Korean dollars in debt. The cheese vendor chased me back into my room, and lectured me for 62 minutes on the importance of the annexation of North Korea and China. Awful

My review is based on my personal experience which can be so different from others' experience. (+) Friendly & helpful staff. Booked a room via a***a app but somehow didn’t show up on the hotel’s booking system. After contacting a***a, there’s was a problem with the third party so they suggested to cancel the booking & book a new room directly at the hotel. The front desk staff on that day helped to book a room from her end via another app with a cheaper price than the one on a***a. Paid 75,000 ₩ for 2ppl 1 night Twin room (weekend) (+) Clean room & beds (+) Basic amenities & hairdryer (+) Free parking (+) Good location, walking distance from city hall area which is well known for its night life. (+) Convenience store is just a walk away.
