I recently stayed at a hotel in Tbilisi that offered some fantastic additional services, including billiards and a sauna. I must say, my experience was quite enjoyable. The billiards room was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The equipment was well-maintained, and the ambiance was pleasant. It provided a fun and social activity for both solo travelers like me and groups of friends or families. The sauna, on the other hand, was a true highlight of my stay. It was impeccably clean and well-heated, providing the perfect relaxation after a day of sightseeing. The hotel even provided soft towels and robes, making the experience even more comfortable. What stood out was the attentive and friendly staff who were more than willing to assist with any requests related to these additional services. They made sure my experience was enjoyable and hassle-free. Overall, the hotel's billiards and sauna services added an extra layer of comfort and entertainment to my stay in Tbilisi. ⛔️WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE⛔️ Non of the reviews about this hotel are true. Funny how all reviews are basically the same and are all the same time frame. Very bad smell in rooms. Dirty bed sheets, shower floods, bad service, had to ask them twice to change bed sheets, very loud music from hotel restaurant and woke us up. Location is also bad, it’s not close to anything and can’t walk anywhere. Not much parking available. In the end checked out 2 days early and lady at reception was very understanding and helpful. Received refund and the lady was lovely

A few days ago I visited Hotel Residence Plaza with my friends. The hotel is located in a beautiful place where people are bound to feel good. The 'Hotel Residence Plaza' is one of the best hotel in Tbilisi. It was a nice experience for me. Their rooms & service is too good & can impress anybody. Besides they have some extra services like swimming pool or conference hall.the foods and drinks are their hotel is too good. I can easily recommend it 5

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and professional staff. They provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and nearby places of interest. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room also had all the amenities I needed, such as a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, which was essential for me as a business traveler.

This is one of the most beautiful and attractive hotels I have ever seen. Their services are very good. Especially the room I stayed in at the hotel was very nice. What I like the most is their location. There are many restaurants and many things around their hotel that are perfect for leisure time

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
