We thought it was a great location in China Town, walking distance to many different types of restaurants (Latin, Italian, Kosher, etc...). Since it's close to the trains, we thought the rooms would be noisy. We did not hear anything at night. All the staff we interacted with was very friendly and eager to assist in any way they could. Great service from Wilson, Hafeez, Roger and Calvin !! They made us feel at home and kept the coffee flowing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Six minute walk to the F train and about 21 minutes later we were at Times Square. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean rooms with good housekeeping and easily accessible to Soho, Shopping and trains. The rooms are a bit smaller in size but seems to be a NY standard. The guest services especially Mr Hafeez goes out of the way to be helpful and is great to interact.

I am absolutely disgusted by how amazing this place is. Super affordable and great value. Located in a charming area of Chinatown. Friendly and helpful front desk. They clean regularly and consistently well. They know what their customers want and have a whole coffee/tea section and water to fill up before you go adventuring. Keep in mind that it is a small space, but they hold themselves to a high standard and are very accommodating. I would come back here in a heartbeat. I came ready to be critical and left feeling moved by their service.

The room and bathroom were nice, and looked modern and clean. There was a charging station on the night stand with USB-ports which I found very useful. The staff was very friendly and I could store my luggage there all day after I checked out. There is free coffee and water. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but there are several nice cafes nearby that serve breakfast. For lunch and dinner for sure there‘s plenty of Asian restaurants around, serving delicious and not so expensive food, as the hotel is in Chinatown. 100% recommend.
