I loved my stay here. The location was excellent, close to shops and dining. A block away from Arc de Truimph. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The triple room was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

It is very convenient location, however, the service and communication with staffs are bad. They never replied back to an email about folio inquiry. None of staffs speak English except for the guy in the morning. In general, the room doesn't look safe or worth to pay for the amount. Not recommended.

Given the picturesque view outside the window despite the cramped quarters, it would have been easy to rate the room five stars. Ilias & Ilias received a nearly flawless rating of four stars for service; nevertheless, one star was taken away due to a minor luggage storage infringement. The location receives five stars, which is not surprising considering that the iconic Arc de Triumph in Paris is just a short stroll away from this vintage hotel. Thank you! Dr. Manfaa T.,

!!!!WARNING!!!!! The hotel where the scammers work. Booking date 12 - 15 July (guest 2 women + 1 child) Last day of booking, while they were asleep, someone entered through the window, removed the bag from the room, thoroughly rummaged through its contents, and subsequently took the phone. This incident raises serious concerns about the safety and security within the hotel premises. It is disconcerting that there are no external surveillance cameras in place to help prevent such occurrences. This incident was happened inside of the hotel. All windows face the inner courtyard of the hotel, people from outside cannot enter there without going through the reception. Next Morning hotel worker promised us that we shouldnot worry about it. and they will compensate this case and ask us not to report to Police. Dear Guests or people who want to stay at that place please dont choose that Hotel. Safe yourself to avoid any problem in your trip.
