The room was very nice and the view as well. The square is a bit noisy sometimes but that's not the hotels fault. Front desk staf was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the breakfast, just not acceptable for the price. Bread was clearly form the day before, already hard, too many cakes and no fruit. No intention of replacing the things that ended. We asked and were told we had to wait 20 min, this afeter 20 min already waiting for thing to be replaced. And for the blond lady, just drop the phone and do something, anything. Hope the breakfast was so weak because of the renovations going on and will improve after that.

Probably the best hotel that we stayed in on our five country trip. Rooms are large and well provisioned. Good room refresh every day. Ample supplies in the bathroom. Stocked mini bar. Good breakfast options. Spectacular location within walking distance of all the good stuff. Friendly and helpful staff. And our room had a view of the duomo, which was awesome at night.

Absolutely beautiful location! It is based right on Saint Peter's square. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station and easy to access most of Florence's attractions. The breakfast was Absolutely amazing! They had a wide variety of breakfast to offer. The staff in reception were friendly. The hotel is very old and beautiful. Some of the rooms are modern while others are older. It was an overall great stay!

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The location was good and the access to the sightseeing areas was convenient. The variety and quality of the breakfast was acceptable and the cleanliness of the rooms was also very good. There are several restaurants near the hotel where you can eat good local food outdoors. The treatment of the hotel staff was friendly, I recommend this hotel
