I'm really confused with all the bad reviews that this hotel has been given, it's really not as bad as people say it is. We saw the reviews beforehand and we were really worried to come and even thought of looking for another hotel due to the reviews but gave it a chance and we just checked in yesterday and everything is great, staff are great, room is lovely, warm, cozy. Everything works as it should. The only thing is the distance to Rome, it's a bit far from everything, however, we can get there quite quick in the underground, the station is Torre Angela just 10 min walk from the hotel. Great for the money too if you're not looking to spend to much, would defenetly rate it a 4⭐️ hotel.

Honestly save your money. Despite the good transport link the distance between the hotel and the train station although walkable is not the best or the clearest. As for the hotel itself. It was just not great breakfast was okay but the general facilities and the rooms left very much to be desired. I went in early May and being from the UK it's was relatively hot when we were there but the hotel refused to turn on the AC which meant that nights were uncomfortably hot. The quality of the rooms were quite port as well. However I must commend house keeping the bending was always changed and clean and they were friendly in the hall ways. The hotel experience marred my holiday. They should consider a free shuttle service to the train station that would infinitely improve the location issues. Also should note that from the station you have to walk up a hill after walking through a not so safe underpass from the station, which at night isn't great. The hotel restaurant food itself was unnecessarily expensive, (dinner) and at time the restaurant would be closed and the information wasn't always easy to come by. 4 stars is very much still confusing me as you are charged more city tax based on the number of stars the hotel has. The hotel doesn't present as 4 stars, 2 is more appropriate.

Rooms and all are fine and this was pretty decent to stay . In the summer it was super cool . They have gym , 8 ball , excellent staff and a swimming pool as well long talk short , try it you won't be disappointed . One think it is 20 min away from the actual city. If you want some indepth indie side must try .

This is an older hotel, in need of refurbishment, but it was a good location for us. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were well spoken and friendly and helpful. The bed was great, and the air conditioning worked. We had paid in advance, so I was surprised to be charged extra for a local accommodation tax. I wonder if that is for real? If so, why was it not included in the original price? It meant that the deal was not as good as a better hotel, but we had already paid, and we were there. Are surprise charges unique to this hotel, or is it an Italian speciality? I am well travelled, and I am seldom surprised by extra charges in first world countries. It usually happens in countries that breed corruption. This may once have been a 4 star hotel. Currently 2 star to look at but I would probably stay there again.

Save the best till last! We have recently toured round Italy and this Hotel was our most comfortable, once again quite a way out of the city accessed by tube, although the 10 minute walk in the dark if travelling solo wouldnt feel too comfortable if im honest, dark subways. Comfortable beds, meticulously clean, warm welcoming staff only too pleased to help, special mention to Matteo serving in the restaurant, very polite, attentive and only too pleased to help obviously very passionate about providing an excellent service.
