Rooms 2/5 Service 3/5 Location 3.5/5 Breakfast 4/5 I booked this hotel based on others reviews which turned out to be bad. Everyone has their own preferences. For one day it's fine. Breakfast was good. Not worth I think they value and accept Chinese customers requests more than other customers.

Hotels looks great but zero customer service. I was there last night with my broher. Lift was briken for 4-6 min and stocked inside the lift . We were really panic fortunately I googled the hotel name got the number and one staff member came and opened the lift on nearly half way and we had to jump from the lift . We asked the reception why it’s happened, and she was so rude and got really angry with us . And her dad also came after a bit loud noise and he was the same . As iam hotel management student i know the customer service . I swaer i never recommend to anyone to go there

We stayed in Hotel Royal Suite At Hotel the chef cooked us some delicious meals that were specially tailored to our preferences. The staff were friendly and attentive especially Vishika,, The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our driver, Ravi, was fantastic and made sure we saw all the sights on our itinerary. Mr. Ram Pandey also kept in touch with us regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly. .
