The location of the hotel is amazing, very close to everything. However, I wasn’t very happy with it, the room was ok but there was a bad smell in the bathroom, I would advise if they can use some kind of air freshener .also the ac has only the heating option which was annoying a bit. I asked for the clothes iron and the first day they told me tomorrow in the morning they will give it to me, i went next day and they told me its in on of the rooms and tomorrow they will give it to me, and finally when i got it the ironing board was dirty and I couldn’t use it.

Very convenient location to anywhere you go. 2 blocks away fr Sagrada Family. Some good restaurants/coffee shops and convenience stores around the area. Our room is cleaned every day. Breakfast was just ok for €8. About €45-€50 taxi (tips included) fr the airport. I recommend this hotel.

Mold and bad customer service, if it weren't for that it would have been a nice hotel. I stayed here for two nights. Checked in Wednesday August 30th. The front desk lady was incredibly rude and condescending.We stayed in room 402 which has a broken ventilation-fan and does not allow for proper circulation. There was a small amount of visible mold on the ceiling where the tub/shower is. I went to the front desk to let the same lady know and she literally pretended to not know what mold isand that there was nothing she could do since they were fully bucked. The maintenance happened to be there and did wipe off the mold when we were out. We did have to keep our windows open during our entire stay as to not breath in the mold from the bathroom. I hope the other bathrooms have good air circulation and this was just a bad room.

Hotel room was unacceptable: thick black mold in the shower, mold on the ceiling and floor tiles, moldy and rusty shower head, dirty sink counter, dirty pillow case on the bed, dirt on the floor and walls, dirty lamps, dirty curtains, beat up old furniture and walls. The staff was notified and kindly switched us to a different room. However, the following room had the same conditions. My wife and I had problems breathing and felt congested with mucus the entirety of the time in the room. We had no problems once we left. No shampoo or conditioner was provided, we had to go to a nearby supermarket to purchase them. They even charged €2 for one set of plastic silverware. On the positive side, the shower pressure was good.
