This hotel is in need of a serious make over. The rooms are super outdated making them look not clean. The bathroom is very tiny. The floors are carpeted and have multiple stains. The pictures of the rooms online are not accurate. The AC as advertised does not work well. Definitely kills all the romance if you are traveling as a couple. We could hear people in the room next door. Unless you’re on a very tight budget I would highly recommend finding another hotel. It is in a nice area and within walking distance to sights. The bedding appeared clean but the bed is small. The hotel staff we interacted with were friendly. But next time I’d rather have a nicer room further away from the core and use Paris’ amazing transit system.

Location is the only strong point of this hotel. Dirty dirty dirty rooms. The air vents and AC are full of mold and dust. Filters have clearly never been cleaned in 10+ years. Carpets, drapes, walls full of stains. Bed is small and uncomfortable. The worst part is the noise. The walls are paper thin, you will need ear plugs. Neighbour is walking around, they are shuffling belongings, you will hear it!!! On top of this, house keeper at 9am (after a bad nights sleep), is YELLING on the phone with whom I assume is her partner ON SPEAKER PHONE while she was cleaning another room on our floor. Atrocious behaviour, explains why the rooms are poorly cleaned. Not worth the money. Our reception person was friendly, but this is probably the worst hotel we’ve ever been in and we have travelled all over the world. The state of cleanliness makes it feel like a slum lord situation where they are going to squeeze every penny until governing agencies tell them to clean their hotel up to a appropriate standard. No paying customer (especially for the price) should have to see stains everywhere and dirty dusty vents, never mind sleep in it.

I know its been a long time now since i had a stay over here. But i taught i would share the experience we had here. Actually we faced a THEFT issue here, we had kept around 400 swiss franks in the locker along with Euros with us. EUROS we untouched. We thought it was safe in the locker. The next day we found the swiss franks goes missing and when we checked at the hotel reception, they mentioned that the locker has a pin which can only be opened by the customers. Then i wondered if had lost it somewere else. But am 100%sure it was in the locker since we had to visit swiss later during our trip and i had never taken it out since it was in an envolope in the locker. I taught i will share it now, just that this doesnt happen with any other customers and if such a thing happens please call the cops. I did not call the cops during our trip since i did not see any reviews of theft in the hotel. But then now when i saw there are so many people who complanint about rude staff, i felt if they r rude and then THEFT can be a planned idea as well. I know i will never get my money back but its just that such a thing should never happen with other customers.

Dirty toilet and bad staff. Booked 3 nights only got 1! discovered that the toilet was dirty immediately when I got to the room. I went to reception to ask to change rooms. Staff said that would do the next day, because there were no available rooms. The next morning, ask reception to change rooms. Woman says the same thing as other staff. I showed pictures of how dirty the toilet was before and how it looks after being cleaned. They refused to change rooms. I request a refund for 2 nights. They refused. I took a picture to go to the police station and make my report. But after the staff just gets more aggressive. Police came to the hotel and after various discussions. Cops have told staff to return my 2 nights already paid. Refund made after 5 days and thank you that I have advertised inclusion on platforms that booked hotels. Never again at this hotel.

The price is outrageous, the beds are uncomfortable, the walls are paper thin, the noise pollution is maniacal, the lift is only working when it isn’t having a hot flush, the smell is pure irritation quantified and the breakfast is pathetic for €8.50. The two hotelier staff are the most helpful and friendly you could ask for, and frankly they deserve better than this 2-star dive. The only positive note is the location, and frankly sleeping outside under a doorway would be cheaper for the same experience.
