Highly recommended!!! The location is very accessible and very to find. The rooms are very comfortable, neat & tidy and despite being nearby road it was quiet all day long. The staffs are very polite & helpful too specially Miss Yuri. The hotel price is a great value. Thank very much Hotel Sanrriott for making our vacation being in a place like home.♡♡♡ We will surely come again☆☆☆

It was a very pleasant vacation experience. The rooms to where we were located was very neat & tidy. All of the hotel employees are jolly, very helpful and friendly specially Izumi Yuri who almost guided us throughout our travel directions in Kobe, Kyoto, Stores & nearby restaurants.

I had a really nice stay with my family for 4 days. The area is a great location as it it walkable distance to the train stations and easily accessible to Dotombori and universal studios. There are a lot of amenities and I love how they provide a large bath and free food! The staff were really kind and helpful to both Japanese and foreigners. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Osaka.

A lovely hotel with extremely Nice staff! The location is very easy to find and has a lot of stores around it where you can go to eat or Buy some stuff you need. The rooms are maybe fine for 1 Person but for 2 It's definitely too small especially the Bathroom where a European Person really has no space which is why you should use the public bathroom which is awesome!
