it was the worst place i have ever seen in my entire life! i walked in, the smell was beyond bearable, the mattress felt like it was a 15 year old kitchen sponge, the pillow cases were not even white (they were closer to brown than white) the pillow was ancient, and the water in the shower came out so slow you could pour water out of a cup faster... the room felt dirty and looked really dirty! I booked two nights, but walked out after the first 5 minutes in the room, I simply refused to stay there... to describe the place as a dump is honestly making a dump seem like a 5 star hotel! absolutely the worst 15 minuets of my life! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The Air conditioning didn't work in room so upgraded to a suite this cost another 185 euro's to find it didn't work in there either, and Malta is too hot without it. The staff were not very helpful at all there attitude was we switch it on at night it is controlled from the reception, but it just didn't work. So my advise to you if you want air conditioning in your room go somewhere else this is not the place you want to be.

What can I say, it's a really rotten hotel, I've never seen it, but in a hurry I took a room. They will never see me again, definitely deserves to be destroyed and refurbished. Disgusting hotel cockroaches, moths, furniture found in the trash never cleaned and the smell I won't tell you about it is indescribable 🤢🤮 I've never smelled such a basically rotten smell 🤢🤢🤮🤮 it's scary and what's more I heard families who live there 😱😱🥺 it’s too scary.

TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID Questionable beds, filthy walls, floors and furniture. I had booked this hotel via booking with confidence, serious mistake!!! The room was supposed to be available from 12:00 p.m., I had to wait until 3:00 p.m. to have access... In addition, the price displayed on booking is significantly higher than the normal rates displayed in the hotel... I have photos available for interested people (even the repression of fraud). I had booked a room for two people, it is planned and officially displayed in the hotel for one person; of course, just one bath towel for two! Please note, reception asks you to present proof of identity: this is normal, although not stipulated on the site when booking. On the other hand, if you are not careful, the hotel keeps a photocopy of your identity document, which is completely illegal and opens the door to all identity theft!!! In summary: dirty, scammer, dangerous; who does better?

Frankly, I stayed there for 3 nights and following the different opinions read and seen on the internet, I asked myself questions about the quality of the service and maintenance. but I went there because the reservation was made on the internet and then I had to pay "to God" - friendly welcome - single bedroom with double bed, shower, TV (flat screen), sink - 4th floor without elevator and WC on landing - the paintings are faded After inspection of the room - it is clean and no little animals on the horizon - Missing neon above the sink (provided and reassembled by reception) - The shower mixer is blocked on hot so to overcome this fault require a reduction in the general hot and cold supplies to have an acceptable temperature. - the carpet is worn but without any particular odors - the blanket is worn out but it's hot so no need - table, chair and TV with correct remote control The stay - The neighbors are calm and without any particular problems - the reception is friendly and helpful - housekeeping is correct and daily - the heat of more than 30° meant that the nights were not very restful - the shower was there to refresh us Conclusion - reception and daily maintenance is correct - there is a serious brushstroke to be done to refresh the walls and carpets - plumbing maintenance leaves something to be desired - the neighborhood is lively and offers plenty of dining and shopping opportunities without being a tourist trap (real people in a real neighborhood Paris) So I don't regret my stay and given the price, you shouldn't expect to have the comfort of a two-star hotel. Enjoy your stay and may this little comment enlighten you.
