This is not a hotel, it is self check in with codes. The system works pretty well. We got a provisional code so we would get in and the lady who cleans stores our luggage. She is lovely by the way. Our room was big, very clean, modern, bed and pillow very comfortable, bathroom was amazing, rain shower, good water pressure. Complimentary toiletries. The towels are 5 stars quality, big and soft. Breakfast is simple but very fresh. Croissant, baguette, coffee, cheese, marmalade. Yogurt. Rooms are cleaned daily. Few restaurants around. Great bakery close. About 7’ walk to the metro station. Champs Elyses is 3-4’ walking, 10-15’ to the Arc of Triumph. Excellent location. We loved staying here. The only bad thing was that that there is a big construction next door and our room was right on that side. There is lot of noise from early in the morning. Also our windows were on top of the garbage containers and the pick up was early in the morning.

Nice rooms and very good location. However unfortunately problem with soundproofing which is why the place didn't feel so private as there is a lot of construction noise from next door renovation / construction site which you can hear from breakfast onwards and for which unfortunately Tinah can't do anything about it. Also downstairs there is Jazz Club which we complained about during the first night due to loud music until midnight but second time were wore earplugs. Also unfortunately you can easily hear what happens in the lobby / breakfast room eg when someone is setting up breakfast or talking as it echoes too much and hear noises from the neighbouring rooms. We informed the staff and they luckily were easily reachable, understanding, apologized and spoke with the owner of Jazz Club who kindly promised to offer aperitivos if we would like to visit plus Tinah suprised us with a cute note and sweets which was nice of them! However, if we had known that there is so much noise we wouldn't have booked, so not for those who value silence, peace snd privacy. We also stayed at Tinah at Rue Réaumur and also great location but same issues with soundproofing and smaller room however more private at upstairs and less noise so overall better experience !
