Well, stayed here for two nights with my family. The room was fine and the price was reasonable. The location was good but equally bad. It's good for people who want to visit Kaiyukan, USJ, and its sea facing but bad because there is absolutely nothing around. The hotel itself is getting old and there are few staff. The breakfast was supposed to be a buffet but came to know that it was a fixed menu. The worst thing that I found annoying is that they don't have even free coffee or water service. I think the hotel before Corona was comparatively in a better state but it's no more great.

Great location. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset. Very convenient to USJ activities. Hotel is a bit old. Front desk staff named Arnell is extremely efficient, pleasant and speak English fluently. He also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we want as well. I recommend this hotel to a non-Japanese speaker who will visit Osaka.

The room has a very nice view, but since you cannot open the window the air is very bad. The floor is clean but you should not look into the corners of the bathroom ceiling. Also you cannot walk from here to the "conference" island. It is only possible to go there by metro and the next station is 10 min away.
