The room was much bigger than other Japanese hotels which was amazing! Plus the breakfast is fantastic with variety and quality! The location is not that great. It's quite a bit of a walk to the nearest train station and then you can ride it into the city. For being a 5 star hotel on Google and a 4 star on other sites I expected more honestly but not bad overall

The hotel was just fair. The room was bigger than usual Japanese hotels (guess it’s because it was not located at central Osaka). However, the lift lobby was quite far from the front desk. The breakfast buffet was just fair - wide selection but of just fair quality. One point to note is that the parking lot was NOT located in the hotel - you have to park at the basement of Prince Hotel - everyday when you head out, you have to take a ticket from the front desk (given you have paid in advance). Also, it was not close to Universal Studio so it may not be a good spot if you plan to go to USJ.

+Hotel rooms were very spacious. +Free breakfast was delicious and a lot. - work table was cramped - nothing in the immediate vicinity. You need to Metro to go anywhere which is a 10 minute walk.

A great place for someone looking to get (far) away from the city and near the bay area. Not ideal for those hoping to visit city center or Universal studios. Location: For those looking to book this to Universal Japan, DONT. Its super far out albeit being an associate hotel. You will be better off staying in a hotel in city center. Accessibility: They claim to have shuttle bus to and from the park but be warned. It has to be booked WAY in advance (even before checking in). I stayed there for 3 nights and was unable to book a slot for any day. Other than that, its a 12 to 15 minute walk to the subway (Cosmosquare) from which you have to take it quite a few stations down to another station to change trains to get to the city. Service: Whilst (most of) the staff try to be helpful, do take note, not all of them speak English well. As such, communication may be abit challenging (Especially if asking for directions). Rooms: Rooms are HUGE and spacious as well as clean. Great for families. Only grouse is that they may be abit dark. Will i stay here again? If visiting the bay area, sure! Else probably not if i'm visiting anywhere else.
