This hotel is incredible! The location is superb. 5 mins walk from the opera house and main shopping street, same distance to the museum quarter, and lovely cafe’s and restaurants a block in every direction. The staff are wonderful, and so accommodating and helpful. They take great pride in the hotel and helping us throughout our stay. Truly the best staff I’ve come across in a while! Spacious, newly renovated and well appointed room with comfy beds. Even a little coffee & tea nook. A fabulous stay! I will definitely be coming again. Cannot recommend enough.

We booked an apartment over the newyears period. Its a lovely large space as you can see from the photos. The shower is very warm and strong 10/10. Great location thats close to the Metro, shops, market and cafes. Not sure what other reviews mean when they say there is no bar because there is. Its small but I had a drink in it before I went out so it does exist lol. You do need to ask the reception staff though as they do both but this isnt an issue IMO. Walls are thin but tbh i've rarely stayed in a hotel where you cant hear other guests. House keeping seemed like nice people and gave me extra coffee and water when they knocked to clean my room of which i declined. We did get semi locked out one night as someone had put a wooden beam across the doors but this was sorted out within minutes and didnt happen any other nights. Worth a visit and would stay again

The ladies at the reception could not have been nicer and more helpful, the room was perfectly clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. Location is just perfect, overall this hotel made my stay in Vienna a very pleasant one, thank you!

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Would have given 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, but we had a communication problem. No one could understand that we didn't know how to use the coffee maker in our room (suspect it may have been broken) and I really needed coffee to get up for an early flight on our day of check-out. Other than that, lots of space in the family suite with windows that opened and air conditioning ( which we used as the temps went to 90 F in Vienna during our stay.
