Location is great and close to many restaurants and sightseeing areas. (Cathedral is only one block away.) They are going through construction right now (Nov. 2023) and there is a heavy smell of polyurethane/paint in the air. We were in top rooms, they are more specious than the ground floor rooms and have a good size bathroom. They are pricier also. Staff is very kind and nice. They smile, which is unlike many Spaniards! They accommodated us because of the construction and smell. (Gracias to crew) The bed was an issue since it was two full beds pushed together, but not secured. So, they kept separating! (Mgmt. please have a solution to secure beds together for couples and able to separate it for friends.) I am sorry for this part, but it has to be said, the price doesn't match the facility. Don't get me wrong, It is a cute, interesting looking place, but...! We had reserved it long ago, so we got the room at 1/2 the actual price. At the actual price, I would not have reserved it. The price is just for the location of the hotel, not the facility itself.

For the price and quality ratio it is quite high. Hotel has this old day's charm, could be cleaner, but the beds are clean, that's good enough for me. love the tiles, mirrors and "boutiqueness" of it, Just hope they can keep it cleaner. the room is basic, it has an AC unit, that's very important in Seville. I don't know if I love the key or not, it is not very convenient when we have only 1 copy, cannot lock the door if one of us leave the room. But it is most likely the last time I will ever have an actual room key to a hotel, so I kinda like it.

It has an excellent location, very close to the Cathedral and Alcazar and has lots shops and restaurants, bars close by Has A/C which was amazing because Sevilla was extremely hot those days. The only thing to be aware is that the room didn’t have a tv, but I didn’t miss it at all. It was nice stay and quiet!

Loved this inn! Great location with multiple tapas bars nearby. We had no noise issues with a forward facing room on the 2nd floor. It's wonderful that they have a free breakfast too. I have Celiac disease and notified the hotel via email prior to arrival. They had gluten free bread available (you may have to ask for it) with a version of gluten free Nutella and jams. They also had fruit, meats, and cheeses. We really enjoyed their breakfast.

I loved this hotel. The building is dripping with character. However, as others have noted, they have skimped a bit on maintenance. If you are looking for a shiny new hotel, it isn't for you, but if you appreciate a period building that represents the architecture of Seville, you will appreciate this hotel. It was certainly my favorite hotel of my time in Spain, even though the others all had more stars. Our room was huge, but I imagine that really depends on which room you book.
