The hotel is smelling worse than u can imagine, I pity the people working there, the room totally overrated, matras horrible, impossible to have breakfast because of the smell of a sewer, thw only positive thing the girl who was working there, they did not give any diacount for the need to leave so we left the hotel before moving in and rather pais 100 euros than to stay one minute longer

The most horrible hotel in sevilla it stinks so bad that even my dog would run away, the room fotos are misleading and the treatment horrible, we left the room because we could not stay longer and they did not offer any financial compensation. Nobody should go here

My husband and I were placed in the tiniest room they have available, so we asked if we could have a different room, they had availability, but refused to change us. Gloomy and drab room, smelled of extremely strong aerosol, very stuffy with zero air circulation. Barely enough room for the bed. The breakfast/reception area in the basement reeked like sewage. There was some false advertising as we were under the impression this was a 3 star hotel, when in reality it’s a 2 star and I wouldn’t even consider it as so.

We stayed in this hotel for a lovely weekend and we had a great time. The rooms were clean and recently refurbished in a snazzy modern style. There was a cute little wrought iron balcony which overlooked the square, and the air conditioning/heater was very efficient. The wifi connection was strong and consistent, and the entrance hall and reception was gorgeous. 10/10 would come again!
