Pros: Location is picturesque and a short drive to Lucerne. Free parking which is a plus! Rooms have wood floors which is great vs carpets. Cons: We’re currently still here at the hotel, it’s 2am and we’re tossing and turning because there is no AC! There is 1 fan and it was a high of 89 degrees today. I did not even think to check if the hotel had air conditioned rooms because…it’s a hotel? And you would think that this would be highlighted when you’re booking for a stay in the summer? We’re so uncomfortable and it’s such a bummer because the location is beautiful. My husband asked for an extra fan and was told “they are fully booked” so there are no extra fans. Wouldn’t you think of procuring extra fans if your hotel has no AC and is booking customers in the heat of summer?

Very nice small hotel with great view, and relaxing environment. Clean room, efficient, and good accommodation. Highly recommend for travelers who want quiet and peaceful stay while enjoying the millions dollar view, but definitely not for the luxury travelers

Hotel is in an amazing location with some of the best views of Lucerne and the lake, just impeccable! You will be hard pressed to find better vistas than this. Beautiful panoramic views from the balcony of our room. Hotel and room is very clean and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Loved the Nespresso machine! Staff are super friendly and helpful cannot fault them. Many thanks. (My only minor gripe would be that they don’t provide an iron on request as they have a paid in-house laundry and ironing service but like I said it’s only minor but it’s something worth knowing in case you turn up with a case of creases clothes and need them pressing!!! Take a travel iron 😉)
