in short - this is an amazing hotel! the hotel is conveniently located in the center of everything. the hotel rooms are big and comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. the staff are extremely nice and are happy to help with any trouble. the hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools, and is a 3min walk from the beach. the breakfast is very good with a variety of dishes and even has gluten free options. this is definitely a good place to stay for a family vacation.

The hotel itself is nice and has a very beautiful pool but it’s not preserved well, our room was not clean, the toilet bowl was disgusting , we didn’t have very basic stuff from the beginning and even after the first room service, we had to ask them several times. The breakfast was very good and generally food in every restaurant of the hotel was very good.

Worst Sheraton on the planet. Many if staff members but nobody cares about the guest. Rooms are dirty, smelly (we have already changed a room), with fungus and in general in horrible condition (old and broken appliances). I would give 2 starts not 5. If you want to pay more than 150eur/night for a smelly and dirty place where service is lower than average then it’s your hotel. Location and food are great though, but first experience and accommodation already destroyed the holiday feeling. Not recommended!!!

The hotel has a great location with amazing sea view! The outdoor pool area is also cool and the pool itself is very big. However, although it’s a 5-star hotel, it’s a very old and poorly maintained building. At the check-in, we had to change rooms 3 times to find the one that doesn’t smell like smoke. The fine for smoking indoors is very low (50 lari which is a joke) so all smokers choose to smoke inside and pay the fine. The lobby looks amazing but in the room you can immediately see that nobody cares about the state of things - the beds are all scratched and torn, the mattresses are stained, the sockets are broken, the tables are scratched. The service could also be improved. We were 3 people in the room which you could clearly see by the number of beds. But every time housekeeping came, they only left 2 of everything (towels, waters, robes, etc), so every day we had to call reception and ask for additional stuff. The staff at the reception is nice and helpful though. The indoor spa area had a terrible smell of the faulty sewage system but the staff disregarded it. Overall, we had a nice stay but definitely not a 5-star experience.
